Seaforth transformation

A full transformation for this Seaforth site! Together with All Aspex Building we’ve completed an under-house excavation to make space for a new garage and additional living spaces. In addition, a 200m3 excavation is underway behind the house for a new outdoor entertaining area and swimming pool. Finally, excavation for 50,000L storm water retention will leave the slate ready for this exciting transformation for the client.
